A partnership formed in 2023 has seen its next phase of homes delivered with the help of Luceco Group’s comprehensive range of electrical solutions. 

What problem did Luceco solve? 

In their latest Wootton Grange development in King’s Lynn, award-winning housebuilder, Allison Homes has specified a portfolio of Luceco Group electrical products that includes, Sync Energy, BG Electrical and Luceco Lighting for 450 high-quality new homes. 

The collaboration underscores both companies’ commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability in the UK residential housing sector.   

What products did Luceco supply? 

The full specification includes, the Sync Energy Wall Charger 2, a sleek, high-performance EV charger designed with sustainability and user experience in mind. 7.4kW single-phase charging, offering fast, efficient performance compatible with UK household supplies. 

BG flush consumer units, White Moulded and Nexus Metal Polished Chrome switches and sockets with matching Grid front plates.  

Luceco FType Downlights, delivering super-efficient LED technology; using Luceco's Crystalline Optic Lenses, these downlights achieve exceptional performance with minimal energy use. Along with exterior Stainless Steel LED decorative wall lights.
