As part of their investment into sustainability, Spitfire Homes chose a complete Luceco Group package, which included: Sync Energy’s Wall Charger 2 and fully compatible, floor- mounted, Single EV Stands, BG Electrical accessories and Luceco Lighting, to be installed at their Moreton-in-Marsh development. 

Forming part of the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection, each property at Ellenbrook boasts Spitfire’s Signature Specification with each home appointed with a selection of quality brands and materials curated to deliver a balance of style, efficiency and practicality.

Accelerating Sustainable Housing 

Sync Energy’s Wall Charger 2 comes with integrated solar charging and intuitive smart phone app, allowing housebuilders to offer their customers innovative technology and smart functionality.  This cutting-edge specification means that homeowners can cut their home-based EV vehicle charging costs by utilising surplus solar energy from their solar panels.   

In addition, with personalised settings such as scheduled charging and optimised cut-off points, users can charge dynamically and maximise cheap rates of electricity, controlled via a smartphone app. 

Along with a charging capacity of up to 7.4KW, with a standard household single-phase electrical supply, the Sync Energy Wall Charger 2 provides flexibility and maximum efficiency. 

With aesthetics in mind, the Sync Energy Wall Charger 2 comes in a range of eight interchangeable colour options, meaning housebuilders can co-ordinate their EV tech as part of their considered design specifications.

Ellenbrook’s specification also boasts the addition of Luceco’s external up/down decorative wall lighting with PIR sensor and adjustable time and lux controls. Also incorporating BG Electrical accessories, including BG flatplates in black nickel, switches and sockets, USB sockets, ceiling pendants and decorative bell pushes.
