Luceco are now looking to recruit as part of the Warehouse Management Team a Night Shift Cell Leader. Responsible for the night to night management of people within the warehouse function. The person we are looking for needs to be a self-starter and motivational person who has good warehouse experience within a supervisory role. To proactively manage and maintain the day to day pricing queries against orders to ensure first class service to our internal and external customers. To provide pro-active pricing support to our customers and sales team and work to support the pricing model, ensuring our pricing is consistent, valid and a reflection of the target position identified by the company

Principle Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day pricing process and support improvements in order to reduce pricing issues and improve margin where possible.

Ensure that the trade price list is updated and available for integration into Luckins and other internal/external pricing sources Work with the sales team on the implementation and maintenance of all net price lists and promotional prices.

Support customer services in the resolution of price errors/queries and provide information on pricing promotions and changes to enable orders to be processed at the correct price first time To liaise closely with the sales team to ensure that processes and pricing guidelines are maintained.

Create any product or customer specific price lists and discounts on Epicor and thereafter any amendments.

Ensure purchase orders are processed efficiently through our Epicor system.

Support the administration and implementation of the price increases ensuring communication to customers, Luckins and our sales team are delivered on time.

As Warehouse Stock Controller you will continuously help to improve stock control procedures. Being a team player, you will help to ensure KPIs and SLAs are successfully achieved on a consistent basis. Principle Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for close working with the Rexel Key Account at all levels. Application of the Company sales strategy to develop sales and margin lines within this account. Promoting the full Company product range and leveraging the specification created through Housebuilder and Lighting Specification Teams.

You will work with the local sales team through the Regional Managers’ work.

Management of the Key Account from Head Office to Branch level, supporting local Sales Teams with joint calling as required.

Ideal Candidate:

A Degree educated sales professional with experience of the Key Account.

Knowledge and experience of the Company’s product ranges would be an advantage however this is not essential provided you have experience of selling a related product and possess the technical ability to learn new products quickly.

A professional sales person with tenacity, drive, desire, ambition, excellent negotiation & presentation skills and an assertive nature.

As Warehouse Stock and Inventory Team Leader you will continuously improve stock control procedures. Leading your team to ensure KPIs and SLAs are successfully achieved on a consistent basis, you will need to maintain the product inventory, including stock profiles and stock locations. You will achieve this by empowering and motivating staff whilst ensuring that processes and procedures are followed.

Leading and developing your team from beginning ensuring the correct culture is embedded in order to maintain high customer service levels

Building a strong day to day relationship with your team on the shop floor

Monitor and positively review KPI and SLA targets of your team

Maintain continuous improvement program to ensure efficient and effective operations

Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks

Investigate stock issues that may arise following the stock take

Ensure cancelled orders are readily available quickly

Ideal Candidate:

To proactively manage and maintain the day to day pricing queries against orders to ensure first class service to our internal and external customers. To provide pro-active pricing support to our customers and sales team and work to support the pricing model, ensuring our pricing is consistent, valid and a reflection of the target position identified by the company

Manage the day to day pricing process and support improvements in order to reduce pricing issues and improve margin where possible

Ensure that the trade price list is updated and available for integration into Luckins and other internal/external pricing sources

Work with the sales team on the implementation and maintenance of all net price lists and promotional prices

Support customer services in the resolution of price errors/queries and provide information on pricing promotions and changes to enable orders to be processed at the correct price first time

To liaise closely with the sales team to ensure that processes and pricing guidelines are maintained

Create any product or customer specific price lists and discounts on Epicor and thereafter any amendments

Support the administration and implementation of the price increases ensuring communication to customers, Luckins and our sales team are delivered on time

Support the sales team with pricing support when required

Ideal Candidate:

Microsoft Excel moderate user

Strongly analytical mindset and eye for detail

At least 12 months working within a similar order administrative or pricing administrative role

Excellent time management and organisation skills

As a member of the customer service team your role is to communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and sales team to deliver customer excellence, you will handle customer inbound telephone calls, orders and general enquires.

Ensure all orders are released for picking in line with agreed SLA.
