Principle Responsibilities:

As a member of the Customer Service Team, your role is to communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and the Sales Team to deliver customer excellence. You will handle customer inbound telephone calls, orders and general enquires. This role is a very busy role with each person within the team handling an average of 60 calls per day and placing over 70 orders per day. This job is suited to candidates with experience of working in a fast-paced high-pressured environment.

Accurately input sales orders ensuring all orders processed correctly with correct address details, customer account details prices and part numbers Ensure all orders are released for picking in line with agreed SLA. Process and resolve any customer debits raising relevant paperwork and arranging RMA / replacement goods as and when required Process next day delivery requests within the required time scales Answer incoming telephone calls Liaise with customers at all levels Liaising with the external Sales Teams to meet customer requirements Cross selling products across promotional campaigns to existing customer base

SENIOR PRICING ANALYST

Principle Responsibilities:

• Head of Reporting and Planning • Deliver the key financial reports for the business – annual reporting and half year reporting. • Delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting coupled with value-add analysis through detailed analytical procedures to understand and articulate business performance and drivers • Partner with Finance and non-finance groups to ensure Financial Reporting meets regulatory, legal and internal stakeholder demands. • Engage with external auditors to support the audit and review process throughout the cycle. • Help enhance the management reporting to include wider KPI’s and leading indicators. • Delivery subsidiary accounts in a timely and controlled manner • Delivery of a budget process utilizing the consolidation system with seamless backward and forward looking financial information. • Ensure that high quality financial analysis is provided to the business/Group to assist with better decision making. • To influence colleagues within the business to recognise the value adding service delivered by the finance function, as well as driving continuous improvement and efficiency to processes. • Support senior finance stakeholders with projects which will enhance the overall finance function.

Ideal Candidate:

• The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least three years post qualified experience, with a strong technical background, commercial awareness and strong communication skills. • Experience of annual reporting from a FTSE 350 company is preferable. • Having experience of manufacturing and retailing an advantage but not a pre-requisite. • Enthusiastic, keen to learn, proactive and able to bring fresh ideas to the business. • Self-motivated, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and see things through • Strong organizational skills, logical approach and great attention to detail • Respond effectively to problems or feedback, can-do attitude, work with pace • Ability to critically appraise processes or large quantities of complex data to make recommendations in simple language • Be committed to building and maintaining strong working relationships both within and outside of the Group Finance team • Strong systems knowledge (Hyperion an advantage) and a desire to automate processes to ensure on-going strong compliance and control. • Strong analytical and IT skills, particularly Excel. • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel of differing levels and work as part of a high functioning team.

ERP Systems Analyst

Principle Responsibilities:

Luceco Plc is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Wiring Accessories, LED Lighting and Home Entertainment Accessories. Based in Telford, Shropshire the company also has offices in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and a manufacturing facility in China. The company is experiencing a phase of rapid growth and expansion due to exciting new product lines. Luceco are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join the existing IT Team, to assist with the increasing number of projects being generated by an expanding business. The primary focus of the role is on the ERP system, associated systems and the development of data analysis and reporting using SQL based tools however, the successful candidate would be required to also work on general IT hardware and software projects and so a broad IT background is essential. The role is based at our Telford office however, you will be working with users based at our global offices and travel to these offices may be required from time to time. Key duties include; providing daily support for the ERP system and working on improvements and enhancements to the system, leading and implementing other IT related projects and assisting the 1st Line Support Team as workload dictates.

Ideal Candidate:

Essential
A minimum of 3 years 2nd/3rd line support of a SQL based ERP system in a manufacturing or distribution company.
The ability to work with end users over all levels of the business, to understand their needs and processes, identify improvements and translate these into solutions. Proficient in SQL query language.
Experience of writing reports using SSRS, Crystal reports or similar tools.
Experience of supporting a Windows Active Directory infrastructure.
Experience of supporting Desktop, Notebook and Server hardware. Experience of supporting Microsoft Office products especially in the Office 365 environment.

Desirable
Experience of Epicor ERP software.
Virtualisation using Hyper-V or VM Ware.
Microsoft Azure.

Luceco PLC is a manufacturer and distributor of electrical, lighting and audio/video accessories. We are seeking a Product Manager to support the Product Management Team in managing different areas of the electrical accessories’ product portfolio, specifically wiring accessories (switches & sockets) under our BG brand. Working closely with our Sourcing and Product Development Teams at our Far East manufacturing site, and key stake holders including, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Quality.

Support the Marketing/Product Management/Sales Team. Management of product data for internal systems and customer new line forms. Management of projects to ensure the NPI hits the required targets. Management and creation of product related information, pricing, packaging, instruction manuals, data sheets, labels, sales aides. Support Product Management Team in all aspects of ‘cradle to grave’ product life cycle. To work alongside Senior PM, as well as manage individual product categories. Working in a partnership with Asia Development Team in the design, development and execution of new products, from initial design concept to final packed product with supporting marcom’s both internally and externally. Working with and supporting UK, European and Asia Sales Teams. Maintain an awareness of trends and techniques in industry, undertaking training as appropriate. Develop a detailed understanding of segment products, and applications

Ideal Candidate:

Confident to present new products to Internal Sales Teams and deliver internal training sessions. Ability to support the sales force in front of the customer, to secure profitable business. We are looking for a competent Lighting Designer to join our Lighting Design Team based in Telford. You will be expected to be confident in using industry standard lighting design software in order to deal with lighting design projects from development to completion

Interpreting and translating Customer and Sales Managers’ needs into completed lighting designs Research and decide on materials required (luminaire types etc.) Work closely with other Lighting Designers and Sales Managers Research and follow industry standard changes, evolutions and best practises Amend final designs to Clients’ comments and gain full approval Complete and follow through all other tasks required

Ideal Candidate:

Good communication and presentation skills. Project management skills. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design. Experience in Relux, Dialux and AutoCAD would preferable.
