Customer Service Advisor
As a member of the Customer Service Team your role is to communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and the Sales Team in order to deliver customer excellence. You will handle customer inbound telephone calls, orders and general enquires.
This role is a very busy role with each person within the Team handling an average of 60 calls per day and placing over 70 orders per day. This job is suited to candidates with experience of working in a fast-paced high-pressured environment.
