Project Location: Slough
Project Manager: Ben Cartwright
Date: February 2026
What did Luceco do?
When Segro sought to modernise their warehouse at 348 Edinburgh Avenue in Slough, Luceco provided a tailored LED solution that enhanced the space while achieving high BREEAM efficiency standards.
What problem did Luceco solve?
Cushman & Wakefield, acting as building consultants, brought Luceco in to carry out an initial lighting survey and provide a full lighting design concept. The warehouse, previously showing signs of wear and dated fixtures, required a lighting solution that would bring modern efficiency, functionality, and visual appeal to the industrial space. A bespoke RAL-coloured solution was incorporated to meet the client’s aesthetic and practical requirements.
What products did Luceco supply?
Luceco supplied a range of luminaires carefully selected to suit the large-scale warehouse environment while maintaining uniformity and efficiency:
- Luxbay Ultra – high-performance, surface-mounted LED luminaire ideal for large industrial spaces, offering excellent light distribution and energy efficiency.
- Platinum Surface – durable, versatile surface luminaire providing consistent illumination across warehouse aisles.
- Leren – modern, sleek LED solution for feature or ancillary areas.
- Cirrus – efficient, reliable lighting for operational and functional zones within the warehouse.
